Living Challenge Inc. offers a range of person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities — in our licensed group homes and in the community.
Community Residential Services (CRS)
We provide Community Residential Services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who benefit from living in a supportive, community-based home setting. Services are delivered in our licensed, family-style group homes where trained staff are present around the clock. Our team works closely with each individual to develop person-centered plans that promote independence, well-being, and meaningful community participation.

Eligibility
Available to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who require community-based residential support. A Minnesota DD Waiver, CADI Waiver, or Elderly Waiver is required. Referrals are accepted from county case managers, waiver service coordinators, families, and guardians.

We accept referrals from county case managers, waiver service coordinators, healthcare providers, families, and guardians. A Minnesota DD Waiver, CADI Waiver, or Elderly Waiver is required for most placements.
