Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Provide person-centered, direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our group home settings — assisting with daily living, community activities, personal care, and building meaningful relationships.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Weekend
Provide flexible coverage in our group home programs during evenings, weekends, and as needed. A great entry point for those beginning a career in human services or disability support.
Live-in Residential Counselor
A full-time Live-in Residential Counselor is needed to work with four adults with developmental disabilities in the South Minneapolis area. This role includes 40 hours per week plus free room and board, medical and dental benefits, and free Wi-Fi. Staff quarters and bathroom are separate and private. Most hours are in the morning and late afternoon/evening — ideal for a student seeking free housing while attending classes, or anyone who is caring, patient, and loves working with people. Experience preferred but not required. Valid Driver's License required.
