Living Challenge Inc. was founded on the belief that every person deserves to be celebrated for who they are — and supported to live a full, meaningful life in their community.
Our Story
Established back in 1985, Living Challenge's mission early on was to provide high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What began as one small home in South Minneapolis some 40 years ago has grown into a trusted organization serving individuals and families across our community.
We believe that every person has unique strengths worth celebrating. Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are — providing not just a place to live, but a true home environment where people are empowered to make decisions that matter to them.
